How does pre-order work?
Reserve your rare plant before it arrives at our French greenhouse.
Imports from Thailand are organised on the dates shown on the product page. The price includes the phytosanitary certificate and international transport to our greenhouse.
We select a specimen of the chosen variety with equal or superior quality in terms of size, health and variegation.
Once it arrives, it is checked, prepared and acclimated when necessary before being shipped to you.

Every plant is inspected and protected in premium packaging designed to reduce shocks, cold and transport stress.
If there is an issue:
✅ Take a photo and video immediately upon delivery.
✅ Contact us within 24 hours.
Depending on the situation, we will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Will I receive the plant shown in the photo?
For standard pre-orders, the photos represent the variety offered.
You may therefore not receive the exact plant shown in the photos.
Our team selects a specimen of equal or superior quality: good size, healthy roots, strong growth potential and a consistent level of variegation.

Where do our rare plants come from?
Our rare pre-order plants mainly come from Thailand.
They are grown in our partner nursery or sourced from specialised growers recognised for their expertise in collector tropical plants.
We prioritise partners working with respect for living plants and biodiversity, without destructive harvesting of wild flora.
This allows us to offer rare Monstera, Philodendron, Anthurium, Alocasia and other Aroids through responsible and carefully monitored sourcing.
