🌿 Delivery – Green and White Plants
Thank you for choosing Green and White Plants for your rare tropical plants! Please read our delivery policy below carefully for our delivery times, shipping method, and advice upon receipt of your plants.
1. ⏳ Processing times
Order preparation:
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day (5 maximum if the order is placed on Tuesday at 5 p.m.) . During busy periods (holidays, sales, promotions), this period may be extended.
Shipping days:
Most orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday . Any order placed after 5 p.m. on Tuesday will normally be shipped the following Monday , to avoid packages being stored all weekend by the carrier.
Confirmation and follow-up:
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, followed by a delivery tracking link as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
2. 🚚 Delivery methods
We ship plants via Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS , depending on your delivery address. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, package size and destination.
Available options:

Standard Delivery (3 to 7 working days) : recommended for hardy plants and temperate temperatures.

Express Delivery (24 to 72 hours) : recommended for sensitive plants or extreme weather conditions.
3. ✅ Package guarantee
All our orders include free parcel protection up to €500 against loss, theft, or damage during transport (subject to conditions). If you have any problems, please contact us with photos upon receipt.
4. 📦 Preparation and packaging
Each plant is carefully packaged with suitable protective materials. We include complimentary thermal packs (hot or cold) if needed depending on weather conditions.
🔸 Plants larger than 20 cm in diameter may be shipped without a pot for logistical reasons.
5. 🇫🇷 Delivery in France
We deliver throughout France . We recommend providing an address where delivery is guaranteed during the day .
6. 🌍 Delivery in Europe & internationally

💡 Compliance with local regulations is the buyer's responsibility (customs, phytosanitary, possible taxes).
7. 📬 Receiving the plants
Upon receipt:

Unpack your plants the same day .

Check the general condition, and let them acclimatize for a few days before repotting.
8. ❌ Delays or damages
Package late or lost?
Contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged plant?
Email us at contact@greenandwhiteplants.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the plant, package and label,

We will offer you a suitable solution (partial refund, replacement, etc.).
⚠️ Bent foliage or a small broken stem may occur despite all our precautions.
