The images in the Pre-Order range show specimens from the same mother plants as those available. You may receive the exact specimen pictured, or an equivalent plant, in perfect health, with a developed root system. If the plant is a different specimen, the actual photos will be sent as soon as possible before continuing with your order.

Origin and culture:

Depending on the plant, it may be grown directly by our team in Thailand or sourced from our specialized partner, with whom we work closely. In all cases, the plants are grown in a high-quality professional substrate, either our own or that of our partner, which is equivalent in performance and adaptation to rare tropical species.

Why a 30-day delay?

We are implementing a responsible import system, with a 30-day deadline designed to limit our environmental impact and guarantee the quality of the plants upon arrival.

For the first 15 days, we combine orders for a single shipment from our nursery in Thailand. This method allows us to reduce the number of packages sent individually, thus limiting our carbon footprint.

Once the batch is assembled, it takes approximately 5 days to obtain the phytosanitary certificate and international transport. Upon arrival in France, the plants then undergo a mandatory 10-day quarantine in our nursery to ensure their good health before final shipment.

This process allows us to offer you rare, healthy and traceable plants, while respecting European phytosanitary standards and an eco-responsible approach.
