Orders are carefully prepared and we primarily ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Orders placed between Sunday and Monday evening are generally dispatched as early as the following day, depending on order time and preparation requirements.
We deliberately ship at the beginning of the week to minimise the risk of plants being held in a warehouse or sorting facility over the weekend.

Pre-order plants are ethically sourced from Thailand, working with growers committed to biodiversity preservation and responsible cultivation practices.
All other plants are grown, acclimated and prepared directly in our French greenhouse under controlled conditions.
